General health tips

Here are three health tips by Abraham, what they would do if they would stand in our physical shoes:

  • Drink enormous quantities of water, lots and lots of water (will be uncomfortable in the beginning for the body)
  • Move your body intentionally as much as possible (motion, walking, moving the arms, flexing the muscles)
  • Rest when you are tired and awake when you are refreshed (follow a more natural rhythm). Sleep shorter snatches more frequently. Sleep not longer than four hours at any stretch (just because of nr. 2)
