General health tips
Here are four health tips by Abraham Hicks:
- Think more thoughts that feel good, so that your life constantly feels better every day
- Drink enormous quantities of water, lots and lots of water (will be uncomfortable in the beginning for the body)
- Move your body intentionally as much as possible (motion, walking, moving the arms, flexing the muscles)
- Rest when you are tired and awake when you are refreshed (follow a more natural rhythm). Sleep shorter snatches more frequently. Sleep not longer than four hours at any stretch (just because of nr. 2)
